World Wide Theater provides the show spaces for the works from foreign countries as a purpose of introducing foreign animation or digital image cultures.

All equipment is free.
Many visitors are strongly interested in image activities, and they come to the CG carnival to find something new or friends. As a result, many visitors paid much attention to the works from abroad last time because the CG carnival is an only one convention to view them.

Conditions for Application
(1) Works that have been submitted to other contests or works that have received awards are also eligible.
(2) Both professional and amateur works are accepted.
(3) Applicants must hold the copyright to submitted works.
Use of Submitted Works
(1) Submitted works will not be returned.
(2) There is no application fee, however applicants must pay shipping and all other expenses.
(3) CG carnival assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of submitted works. If necessary, we suggest you insure your submitted works.
(4) Applicants must receive approval to use all copyrighted art work, movies, pictures and music contained in all submitted works. All claims, demands, losses, and damages incurred by a third party shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant. CG carnival assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
(5) Submission of works implies acceptance of the above stated rules and regulations.
